  • Do you take on new suppliers? Am I able to contact you with products that I think you would be interested in?
    Yes, of course. Please contact me if you have a product that you think would be a good fit for Eco-Sal. However please note that I will only be interested in plastic free products, including the packaging.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Royal Mail assures it's customers that parcels take around 1-3 days for 1st Class and 2-5 days for Second Class. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee this. If you do not receive your parcel within a week from the date it was shipped, please contact me and I will do everything I can to sort the problem out for you. If your parcel has been lost, I will send a replacement.
  • How do I get in touch with you?
    I'd love for you to get in touch with me about everything you can't wait to know! Send me an email at eco-sal@outlook.com or drop me a message on the live chat and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • How do I return an item?
    I really hope you 100% love the products you order, however I will happily refund your money if you are not happy with your purchase. There are a few conditions: - I must be contacted with a request for a refund within 14 days of purchase - The product must not be used and returned in the condition it was sent. If it was received damaged please explain this and take a photograph so I can see the issue. - It must be returned in the original packaging and if it was a bundle product all products must be returned - Unfortunately I can't refund the original postage costs or the cost to return the item - Refunds will be made as quickly as possible If you have any questions about your product or returning them please email me at eco-sal@outlook.com.
  • Do you offer a loyalty scheme?
    Yes I do! I like to give something back to my loyaly customers as a thank you. Check out the 'Rewards' page in the footer to see how you can start earning!
  • Are your products cruelty free?
    Yes definitely! All of the products I source for the shop are 100% cruelty free. I would not ever support businesses that test on animals.
  • Are your products vegan?
    I try to source as many vegan friendly products as I can, but unfortunately not all are currently vegan. All vegan products have a banner at the top of the image to say that they are vegan.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    I currently only ship to the UK, Channel Islands and Europe.
  • What kind of packaging will my order be shipped in?
    Great question! At Eco-Sal, you will never find any plastic used in the packaging of your orders. I only use paper padded envelopes, cardboard boxes and recyclable paper tape. I always try to reuse packaging first and foremost wherever possible. This may mean that your order arrives in a cat food or cereal box! All void fill and packaging peanuts are reused from orders I have received from my suppliers. The packaging peanuts are made from corn starch and dissolve in water.
  • How do you plant a tree for every order?
    I am a business partner of Just One Tree - a charity who plant trees in multiple locations around the world for £1 a tree. For every order placed, I donate £1 to Just One Tree who then use that money to plant a seedling. For more information on this amazing charity, head over to Just One Tree!
  • Where are your products made?
    My products are made in various countries. Unfortunately due to the materials used, some of them have to be made outside of the UK (for example, bamboo and coconut is grown in tropical climates so the products that contain these elements are produced abroad). If you are looking for only UK made products, there is a 'Made In The UK' section on the website which showcases all products made in the UK.
  • What is the affiliate programme?
    The affiliate programme is a way for me to reward people who refer Eco-Sal to others. All you have to do is sign up using the link in the footer of the website and you will be taken to your personal dashboard. Here you will find your unique link and coupon code for 5% off which you can share with your friends and family and on your social media. For every purchase made using your unique link, you will receive 5% commission in your account. This commission is then paid directly into your bank account every month, or you can opt to take it as store credit in your dashboard settings.
  • I want a regular delivery of the laundry detergent sheets. Do you offer subscriptions?
    I do, yes! If you head to the laundry detergent sheets product page, there is an option to have a monthly delivery which also will save you some £££!
  • How does the subscription on the laundry detergent sheets work?
    When you initially purchase the subscription, you select the option to subscribe and receive the laundry detergent sheets on a monthly basis. You then checkout with your card details, and then you will be charged monthly and will receive the laundry detergent sheets monthly).
  • How do I cancel my subscription of the laundry detergent sheets?
    I'm sorry to hear that you want to cancel your subscription. Please contact me at eco-sal@outlook.com and I will cancel this for you.
  • Can I purchase other products alongside a laundry detergent sheets subscription?
    No I'm afraid not. The subscription purchase will need to go through as a separate transaction to the other items you'd like to purchase.
