DELIVERY & RETURNS
The delivery costs listed below are based on Royal Mail's postal rates for parcels. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID THERE MAY BE DELAYS TO THE USUAL DELIVERY TIMES.
Standard Delivery to UK addresses for parcels up to 2kg (including Channel Islands) - £3.45 on orders up to £30, £1.99 for orders over £30 and is free on orders over £50 (1-3 business days delivery aim, please allow 1 day for packing). Orders will be posted Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Second Class Signed For depending on order value. There is an option for Gift Cards only postage at checkout if this is all you would like to purchase.
Express Delivery to UK addresses is £5.45 for parcels up to 2kg (1 day delivery aim, please allow 1 day for packing). Orders will be posted Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
IF YOU LIVE LOCAL TO EMSWORTH - There is a collection/delivery option at checkout which will save you paying postage. Just order like normal and select this option, and I will then contact you to arrange collection/delivery. Timescale for this option can be as quick as same day but I try to work around your convenience as much as possible.
Rates for international shipping are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Orders up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard. If your order is over 2kg, I will use a courier service such as Hermes/DPD.
Please note orders within and outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges and tax duty which you will need to pay before the order is delivered.
You must notify me if you do not receive your parcel within 30 days so I can try and locate it with Royal Mail. Over this period is subject to no refund.
Please note that due to the current pandemic, custom delivery offices worldwide are experiencing serious delays processing custom clearance. There may therefore be a slight delay in receiving your order.
Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.
Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, I accept no responsibility for this as I have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, I cannot resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to me I can resend the parcel to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.
All orders placed before 13:00PM Monday to Friday, I will do my best to dispatch the same day although during busy periods this may be between 1 and 3 days. Orders placed after this will be sent the following working day. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
*COVID-19 UPDATE* - During the COVID-19 pandemic, orders will be shipped as frequently as possible. This may not be daily but I will try my best.
* BABY UPDATE* Baby arrived on 13th November so whilst we settle into parenthood, there may be the odd delay. Thank you for your patience during this time!
PRE-ORDER ITEMS - When an item is new or being restocked, I put these up on the website for pre-order before they are delivered at my premises. I specify on the product descriptions when the items are due to arrive and that any orders will be dispatched in one go once the products have arrived with me. This may mean that there could be a delay with your order if the orders are delayed in getting to me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any complaints, please let me know so that I can try to resolve the issue and improve for future.
If you need to return your items, please contact me within 14 days of purchase with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return request. Products eligible for refunds are those that are in original packaging (unused) and full price items only. Any sale items and specific products such as make up will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you wish to return your items, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. I would recommend sending your return tracked in case it gets lost in the post as I can't take responsibility for any lost items. Unfortunately at this time, I cannot offer free return shipping but I hope to in the future.
