DELIVERY & RETURNS
The delivery costs listed below are based on Royal Mail's postal rates for parcels.
Standard Delivery to UK addresses (including Channel Islands) - £2.50 on orders up to £20 by Royal Mail 2nd Class, £3.95 on orders over £20 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, free on orders over £49.95 (please allow 1-2 days for packing).
IF YOU LIVE LOCAL TO EMSWORTH - There is a collection/delivery option at checkout which will save you paying postage. Just order like normal and select this option, and I will then contact you to arrange collection/delivery. Timescale for this option can be as quick as the same day but I try to work around your convenience as much as possible.
Express Delivery to UK addresses (including Channel Islands) - £5.95
Please check you have entered the correct address at checkout.
Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, I accept no responsibility for this as I have no control over the address that is entered. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, I cannot resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to me I can resend the parcel to the customer if they are happy to pay for the cost of redelivery.
Orders will be packed and shipped on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS - When an item is new or being restocked, I put these up on the website for pre-order before they are delivered at my premises. I specify on the product descriptions when the items are due to arrive and that any orders will be dispatched in one go once the products have arrived with me. This may mean that there could be a delay with your order if the orders are delayed in getting to me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any complaints, please let me know so that I can try to resolve the issue and improve for future.
If you need to return your items, please contact me within 14 days of purchase with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return request. Products eligible for refunds are those that are in original packaging (unused) and full price items only. Any sale items and specific products such as make up will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you wish to return your items, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. I would recommend sending your return tracked in case it gets lost in the post as I can't take responsibility for any lost items. Unfortunately at this time, I cannot offer free return shipping but I hope to in the future.
