Although not all of them are essential items, there are things we all enjoy in life which we may not want to sacrifice. For example, having lunch at McDonalds, or using a loofah sponge in the shower. These small changes seem like they won't make a difference, but every little helps! Every item not going to landfill is a big win! It's important to remember to switch each product once you've run out of the thing it's replacing to avoid any additional waste.
